Color Therapy and its Psychological and Therapeutic Benefits

I conducted an experiment to study how different colored lights affect psychological well-being. Using controlled lighting, I monitored heart rates and assessed psychological states with tools like PANAS and STAI across 24 trials. I collected baseline and post-exposure data, then analyzed the results, highlighting potential uses in therapy, workplace design, and daily life.
